as the Texas Rangers were coming into the modern age (circa1920-1930)every now and then they would have to go out to some desolate spot in west texas,to investigate a homocide.they'd round up the towns' folks,and ask did he need killin'?If everyone was in agreement,that he needed killin',it was judged case closed.Do you know someone who needs killin'?-ha!'-ha!-ha!p.s. the recently departed was usually still laying in the road!
